We aim to deliver your products safely and on time. This policy covers our shipping timelines and return process.
1. Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
We currently ship across India. For international shipping, please contact us.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the site).
For orders below that amount, a nominal shipping fee may apply, shown at checkout.
3. Return Policy
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags & packaging intact.
4. Return Process
Contact us with your order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product.
Once approved, we will guide you through the return procedure.
After inspection, a replacement or refund will be provided.
5. Exceptions
No returns for personalized/custom products.
No returns or exchanges for slight color variations due to lighting or screen display differences.
