Refund Policy – Zade Decors

At Zade Decors, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You provide clear photos/videos of the unboxing and the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen differences.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • You may be asked to ship the product back, or we may arrange a reverse pickup.
  • After inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
